You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. It takes one request.

We email a one-time link to that address so we know it is really you. If you have a claim that a solicitor has accepted, or a safeguarding review is open, we may need to keep some records. We will tell you if so. See our privacy policy.
